Management is also extremely pet friendly and many guests do bring them along. Dog beds and bowls are even available upon check-in.

But best of all, the entire property feels like a retreat from the busyness of life. The hotel itself is in a renovated old stone building. Most guests found that aspect charming, but others were taken by surprise by the lack of outlets and other limitations.
